Fire-resistant properties meet the requirements of GB12666.6-90 (IEC331)
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1KV
2. Long-term working temperature:
Flame retardant PVC J flange and sheath 70°C and 105°C
Fluoroplastic J flange and sheath 200°C and 260°C
Cross-linked polyethylene J edge 90°C
Low Smoke Halogen Free Flame Retardant Polyolefin 70℃
LSZH flame retardant cross-linked polyolefin 90℃ and 120℃
3. Ambient temperature:
Flame retardant PVC sheath: fixed laying -40°C, non-fixed laying -15°C
Fluoroplastic J flange and sheath: fixed laying -60°C; non-fixed laying -20°C
4. Fire resistance characteristics:
Comply with IEC331 regulations Flame temperature 750℃, burning time 3h, cooling time 12h, additional rated voltage, additional 3A current
Compliant with GB12666.6-A category flame temperature 950-1000 ℃, burning time 90min, additional rated voltage 3A current
Comply with GB12666.6-B class Flame temperature 750-800 ℃, burning time 90min, additional rated voltage 3A current
5. The temperature of cable installation and laying should not be lower than 0℃
6. The recommended allowable bending radius for laying:
Non-armored cables are not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable
Armored cable is not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable
Fluoroplastic J flange and sheath material cable is not less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable

1. Product use
A)The product is suitable for fixed wiring of power plant and electrical equipment with rated AC voltage up to and including 450/750V.
B)The permissible continuous operating temperature of cables: BV-105 is not more than 150C, others are not more than 70℃
2.Manufacture length:
A)Coil length of cable (wire) is 100m, filled reel length not less than 100m. Short length not less than 10m can be delivered.
B)Any length can be delivered against agreement. Length error not more than +0.5%
